Mattress production consists of three basic processes: cutting, gluing, and assembly. When creating foam mattresses, we always strive to create modern solutions that align with current trends. Foam mattresses can be constructed from a single type of foam or several different varieties with slightly different properties. Their comfort is also determined by the foam density, the height of the individual layers, and, of course, the type of fabric and the quality of the cover finish.

Additionally, the sewing room produces covers for the foam mattresses we produce.
